do you follow custom ? Do you change your computer wallpaper ? Do you use themes or skins to change the appearance of your program ?

If you are a bit more involved, you could have changed your logon screen or even your boot menu/animation. If you are into this type of thing, there is a popular tool called resource editor that allows you to edit different text and icons in programs.
With a custom bios you could even unlock a core in your processor or put your image in the boot logo. Customisations dont stop with Computer. I use custom firmware even for these devices...

Heck, there is even a custom firmware for canon cameras or a playstation

Whatever be the product, just search around and you may find a custom firmware that adds some frills.
Let me also warn you that custom firmware could void the warranty of the product and they may not be as stable as the original product. But it could add some frills to your product which otherwise would not have been possible. Ah cheap thrills !  ¶ 6:47 AM
